i knew this was going to happen , we went to the Suffern NY rv show, and he did it to me again! we looked around the show and ken saw his puppy! and that was it. We also found our old dealer working for a new place, so it made it worse! after spending a full day there checking things out , ken talked me into getting another unit we could just leave on site, and not have to pop it up, or out. i figured we would trade in the hybrid, and get something like loaded camera. but nooooo, he had other plans! Aweek later we took a drive to Garick RV's in new Jersey where our dealer friend now works, and looked around the lot, well we found an 2002 we liked and put down a deposit. I liked it, but not loved it. our friend gave us the brouchers on the brand, he went home happy. i looked at the line, and saw something better, so i emailed my friend the dealer and told her what would make me happier if they could find something with the living room and closed bathroom, she went to work! and she found me four units two with in our price range and two a bit higher. well ken and i found the one we both loved, but it was higher then we wanted to go. She talked to the BIG boss and she was able to get the price down by four thousand dollars and the rest is history we are now the proud owner of a 2004 keystone hornet 31 ft. 29G
series  www.keystone-hornet.com  so we broke or streak, of starcrafts.

I owe, I owe, so off to camping I go! or is that work ?

as soon as it gets delivered to the site, which should be in two to three weeks, they are going to check it out, and deliver it. but right now our site is a bit muddy and ground is frozen. (our site is up on a hill) and we have to take the hybrid off the site, but as soon as it's done , we will get those pic's

Dee, just got the Coyote home today and then Santina saw your post and said "Gee thats nice and she's ready to trade ours in."

Dee I'm going broke trying to keep up with you  :%

Just kidding we're going to keep the Coyote.

Your new unit realy looks nice can't wait to see the pictures.

LoadedCamera

Wow!  You had to out do us, didn't ya Dee?  What a beautiful trailer.  I'm sure that you will find many a relaxing weekend and vacation in such a fine Camper!

We are really looking forward to taking ours out for the first shakedown trip.  Its all a matter of finding the time to go camping!!

We are planning our Big Vacation to YellowStone or The Grand Canyon in June/July so we'll miss the rally, but we would love to be at the next one!

See ya in the Campgrounds...

B-flat

We've been looking at Keystone Hornets and Wildwood and Gulfstream Amerilites and all kinds.....but something a lot smaller than 31' for just the two of us.  What color interior did you get?  I do like those earthtones with rich colors that are featured in the newer trailers today.  I hope you enjoy that trailer as much as you can.

dee106

b-flat,, yes the earth tones are nice, they also had it in blue tones and green, but ken picked this one, which is fine with me, hides the dirt!:Z so better for me! they have shorter one, but not with the sitting area. coachmen cascade has a 29ft, with one chair, full slide, the only bad feature which is why we didn't get it, was the bathroom was between the the bedroom and the kitchen, and only had one exit, so if someone was in the bathroom you had to wait to cross the rooms. thats why we went the hornet.

we wanted the sitting area, and the side bathroom, plus this one has a large sink outside the bathroom, so when kens shaving, and washing the larger sink helps!
