We made it home too.  Just in time for it to start raining. :eyecrazy:   We had a good trip home, with no problems.  I had a great time last night. :D

Chris got in a little before 5, I think. He popped up in the driveway coz the canvas is very wet. Hopefully it will dry out this week but I think we're expecting more rain. At least I will get the chance to go out and sit in the popup this week. May even have my morning coffee in it tomorrow ;). Sorry I missed you guys. Will see some of you Memorial Day weekend  :D

Hey Di - we really missed you & the kiddies...  Steph & I tried our best to take care of Chris.  ;)  Are you guys interested in heading back up there on a weekend we're going??  Here's the dates/sites upcoming:

June 18th weekend: 177
July 23-28:  169

PS - Can you please ask Chris if he found any remnants of the glass??  I forgot to look and he said he would.  Thanks!

Andy did you make it home?  Jazman posted so I assume he is home. :eyecrazy:

Yeah,we made it home,too.
And once again I'm the last one to check in.
I had planned to be the first one to post but realized ,Rick and Steph will be long home before we are.
This time I opened the PU right away ,even before going in to the house, since everything was soaking wet.No rain here at all on sunday.
When I got into the house, there were six messages waiting for me and since it was mothers day I had to make a call anyway, but before I got to do that,I received a call that kept me busy for the next 2 hours!
I got to sit down to eat something at 8 PM and  watch the last episode of Survivor.
Well thats my story and I'm getting off the soap box now.
This was really a fun trip,it felt way to short.
Hope to do it again soon.

I feel better knowing that everyone made it home OK.  It really was a great trip and like Andy said it was too short.  This wasn't one of the bigger trips, but it sure was a great one.

I ran into rain 10 minutes from home and set the PU half up in the neighbors garage to let it dry.  I should have packed it back down today, but the towels and stuff are not washed yet.

Hi Everyone,

BTW, Erika says "Thank You" to everyone for a wonderful weekend.

I've got my rig popped up in the driveway to dry, and I'll leave it up until the weekend. There are half a dozen maintainance and re-stocking items to deal with, then a good wash and wax to get the road grunge off.

Rick: We're kicking around the possibility of going up in to North South Lake June. Want some company?

jazman - sure c'mon up!!

We're not 100% sure of both our schedules for that June trip at this point.  Steph might have to work that Friday and I might have to work that Sunday...  It might be a 1 nighter in the camper.  It would be cool to see you guys again!

Hi Rick,
I'd like to get back up to North/South Lake but those weekends don't look good. The June weekend falls right in the middle of my HS kids' final exams/projects so they probably need to be close to home (& computers). I'll mention it to Chris though. He could always go up with Kelsey (she finishes school on 6/18.

We're supposed to be away for that July weekend but I'm not sure where we'll be yet. Jason had planned for us to attend a medical (Syringomyelia) conference in Miami but Courtney has a college weekend at Rochester Institute of Technology. I'd rather go to FL but it would be pushing it since we leave Gettysburg July 16 to go to RI to pick Jason up, arriving back in NJ I guess on the 18th. That means I'd have to drive (without Chris) to Miami by July 21. Not sure I'm up for that (and gas is getting expensive). Sounds more inviting to swing by Cape Cod (leaving Brown), then head up to Syracuse, Ithaca and Rochester. Oh this college search thing sure is going to keep us busy. SO many choices.

Oh BTW, Chris didn't find the glass bottle. I think he forgot about it (he also forgot to check out sites 172-174.

Hey Di - sites 172 to 174 get progressively yuckier and yuckier, with 174 being literally in the rec field with NO privacy whatsoever.  I'd personally skip from 172 to 174...  Go from 169 - 171, and then 175 - 180.  :)

I just reserved 176..again, for 6/18 through 6/20.

Rick, Steph & Chris: Look forward to seeing you guys again.

Di: Look forward to meeting you for the first time.

We're coming better prepared this time. DS will be along, and I'm bringing the kayak and my fly rod. Rick, what does a three day fishing license go for?
