Well the saga continues,
Jayco called and they are flabergasted on why this is happening and they believe that it is something that I am doing wrong for this to happen:swear:.  I have been instructed to take the camper back to my dealer for a bearing repack and to have the camper towed with a dealer truck and with my vehicle with a dealer technician.  I explained to Jayco that I am fed up with this brake issue after over a year of ownership and I've had nothing but gried with this system.  They explained that this system has been used for years and I seem to be the only one that is experiencing this type of phenomenon.
I am getting so damn angry that how can brakes that are locking up be my fault?  I even asked the service manager how can my tow vehicle cause this anomoly when the camper is being towed level?  Of course he was unsure but wanted the dealer to look at the setup because of something that I'm doing wrong :swear:.

If it is your tow vehicle then it has to be both of your TVs.  That is crazy, I am sure other people tow with the same type of vehicles you have.  It has to be the brake system. :eyecrazy:

I agree with Tracy, it is not your tow vehicle, it is your braking system.  As you know, I am a big fan of surge brakes, but this would do me in.  I really hope that is gets fixed and all will be well.  Good Luck.

Maybe is something the your Jayco dealer is doing...

I'm probabley one of the reasons Jayco wants you to have a dealer look at it. FOr every one that has a true mechanical problem there are at least 10's of owners that are doing something wrong. I know I did several times over the years.

Who knows that guy on the phone,  might have just had his butt reamed out for having a couple of trailers towed to the factory for repair that just needed the brakes shoes adjusted or thought the backup switch was supposed to be tripped just in case you want to back up and didn't want to get out of the car.
