I gave my husband one for his birthday more than 2 years ago.  He got the thing put together within the first 2 weeks he had it but never set it off.  

After being witness to his over abundance of enthusiasm over a potato gun, I would heave thought he would have blown it off a long time ago.  Nope.... still sitting on the shelf.  I wonder what he's waiting for?

My boys love rockets too...have done them in scout camp and big DS does them at the park.  It really is a fun hobby.  Wish they had more time to spend doing it.  It is good exercise looking for the rocket after it lands.:p
