How much would you pay for a 05 Fleetwood Niagra or 05 Fleetwood Bayside?

I want to make sure I am getting the best deal on my potential 05 Bayside purchase.   The cost is 10,499 and includes A/C, Awning, Outdoor grill, and water heater.  If I want a toilet it will cost an extra $200.00.  What do u think?  I would also like to know how much would a 05 Niagra cost.

Thanks,

LCMS pastor

Thanks,

We payed a little over 12K for the new Niagra... remember it is the highside.

Keep in mind that prices tend to be influenced regionally, with things costing more out here on the West coast. :(

whatever you decide ... get the toilet :D

I think our local dealer has the Bayside for around 10,500, which includes AC, awning, brake controller hookup, weight distribution, and sway device.

The (new) highside Niagara is around 14K, and includes the above items.

I concur--even if it is just a porta potti.  We camped for over two years without a porta potti, trekking almost every night to the restroom. The day we got the pot it was "like duh!!!  What were we thinking?"  It's much easier to walk 10 feet inside the camper than to have to get dressed, go walk, get cold, and climb back into a chilled bed in the middle of the night.

DITTO!!!!! :J

The funniest part for us is that before we bought the porta-potti, I always worried about having to get up and go in the middle of the night, so of course, I always had to go in the middle of the night--no matter how I little I drank and even though I would go to the bathroom before I hit the sack.  Now, I don't worry about it and I wake up far less often having to go than before we bought the potti! :screwy:

Another vote for the potti.

Thanks,
My dealer in PA has the Bayside priced at $9,555.  They list the AC as $749 installed.  The rest of the stuff is included in the price.  The water heater and outdoor grill are included in the base price of the Bayside and are not options.:)
Is Fleetwood offering any type of discount this year?  In the past between Jan. 1st of each year and March 31 they would offer a discount or package.  Things like A/C for a penny, free screen room, bed paks, etc.

I missed the end of your question.  My dealer has the Niagara priced at $11,883 with an awning.:)

We purchased our 05 Niagra yesterday and they offered a $325 discount.

the potty is my first concern as my given "indian" name (ymca group) is Princess Running Water of PRW for short (those who know me know this is true) plus I have a boy that goes into a coma when he sleeps and has to be taken to the bathroom once during the night. nothing worse that trying to drag a warm sleeping child out in the cold to pee (1/2 mile up hill both ways ;) )

Congratulations on the new PU!!!

Sounds like Fleetwood isn't offering much in the way of a promotion.  Thanks for the information.:)

Although it's supposed to work that way, some people out West do sometimes pay less.  I purchased during the end of the 2004 model year, last June, and paid far less than many East Coast purchasers.
