Camping budget eaten into!

Well, I was doing the yearly maintenance on our ATV's today, and found severely worn outer tie rod ends and steering bushings on mine. A safety hazard for sure. Not only that, the front left tire points outward an inch or two (yes, that much) more than it should.

Couple hundred bucks for the parts I've found on the net, but I'll do the work myself. All this eats into my camping budget for sure! I am using more expensive parts than I have to, in hopes of not needing to do this again. A couple of the parts were poorly designed, and thus redesigned by aftermarket parts makers.

Anybody got an ATV lift they are willing to part with?  ;)  I can't seem to find one I can afford, although I've done several jobs in the past year that an ATV lift would have helped greatly!

Yeah, I put a bid on one, thinking I was going to get a great deal on one for around $30. THEN I looked at shipping: $69.50!!!! I then PRAYED to be outbid! Thankfully, I was. Decided I'd go to the local Craftsman/Sears store and get one that's on sale for $90. Whew!
