Just thought I would ask the group if anyone knows how to get Coleman parts new or used. Long story but we are in need of the whole lock system for our Coleman popup door. Duct tape is just not the answer to keep door closed. Thanks,

Sandy I am sorry to hear you are having problems.  For new "Fleetwood" parts you may have to go to a Fleetwood dealer.  There are RV Salvage yards so you might be able to pick up a used lock mechanism.

Here are a few you might try

I haven't used any of them, so I don't know how they are.  Good Luck.

I would locate my coleman dealer first.  Have you tried your local Ace Hardware?

My guess is that the door lock parts are mostly standard.  You can drill out all the rivets that hold the outer and inner shells together to get to the lock and then replace/repair parts as needed.  I believe Fleetwood has an agreement with its dealers to not sell parts to customers directly; they want to make sure you darken the doors of their dealers!

The complete exact replacement door lock system can be purchased from your local Fleetwood dealer. Just bought mine two weeks ago from my dealer for $ 12.92. My dealer mentioned that they also sell a version with a key lock that they feel is slightly stronger than the original door lock system, but would require a different key than the key used to open all the other devices. (tool draw, front storage, outside shower door) This one cost $ 14.95.

 Hope this helps.

PS: Are you talking about the screen door or the lock for the stepper door? The info I gave you is for the screen door.
