I'm both excited and a little overwhelmed!  Going from a pop up with relatively little maintenance to a hybrid seems a little scary (fridge, hot water heater, gray/black water systems)...but I sure am excited to get it and get going camping!  Thanks for everyone's help on this forum.  Let me know if there's any tips or pointers you have for the final walk thru.  Thanks! :D

make sure all doors close tight!,
drain pipe under sinks are tight, (ours was loose)
   doors close ez,
wood under benchs are cut and edged right, otherwise you will rip the cushions, and you will get a splinter!
if you have a slide, make sure in open and closes tight (no light come in ) and it runs smoothly
the antenna goes up and down ez and turns ez.
  check the  vents.
look down the toliet , make sure its smooth, no extra sealant to catch  paper on!
you can ask, but i doubt they would do it is to turn the gas to check stove,
put on the electric to check fridge and a/c ahead of time!
electrical , make sure they show you the breaker box  and fuses
show you how to open and close awning!
pratice with you hitching it up if you never used that style before.
show you the water heater clean out, and bypass.
check around the windows to make sure the selant is in good condition, no gaps or bubbles!

do you need add on mirrors? remember its bigger then your TV!  you can't see over the top anymore:yikes:

Dee brought up some good points, we were lucky that the dealer that we purchased our hybrid from went over the camper with great detail and tested everything.  One thing that we found out after we were camping is that the antenna was not connected so we could not receive any television.  Possibly test this connection prior to acceptance.  I do second the motion about mirror extensions, my hybrid is 8' wide so it's difficult to see along the sides with oem mirrors.
I do recommend going through the hitch procedure multiple times and the utilization of the weight distribution procedure.
Congrats on the purchase
