I just left a message but this happened to me last time.  Don't you have (or can't you "install") a system whereby subscribers are notified when their subscriptions are about to expire?

We don't know if the magazine got lost in the mail or the subscription expired.

Seems as if you could be losing some folk, frustrating those of us who are having PUP magazine withdrawal, and creating more work for yourselves with having to work on re-subscribing people who don't want to unsubscribe!!

We always send renewals notices before your subscrtiptions really expire and then we give you an extra issue before we cancel it.

The last issue we mailed had the Futura on the cover. The next issue goes to the printer on Monday.
