Trying to buy a pop up camper that was purchased in Maine. Bank told "seller" that a title does not come with this type of camper?!?! I am in Florida, do I need a title?

Florida is a title state and they will want you to get one.  Contact Florida Dept highway Safety & Motor Vehicles for info on how you can apply for a title when the originating state does not require one.

Some states don't require titles for pop-ups even though I believe most do.  Call your department of motor vehicles and ask what will be needed to get your PU titled in Florida.  May take nothing more then a bill of sale from seller.  As long as you know what you need, it's easy to get at time of sale.  A lot tougher to get after the fact.  They may also be able to tell you if the state where the seller is requires a title.  If the seller is supposed to have a title and doesn't, I believe I would shy away from that deal.
