I bought my Coleman Westlake used and it did not come with a manual for the toilet. I was wondering if anyone can send me the manual e-mail or were I can get one. If I can not get the manual, some instructions would be nice. Where does the chemical go? How much fluid goes in the tank part? what does the green and red dial mean? how do you flush it properly? simple stuff you would think.

            Thanks ahead of time.

If it is a Thetford there is a decent discription and operating instructions on the Thetford web site

I'm pretty certain you have a Thetford Cassette Toilet model C-4 just like on my 2002 Coleman by Fleetwood Destiny series Fairlake model.  I believe the C-4 is also called a "bench" model.

Here's the owner's manual in .pdf form:

Try the following web site for other info:

Then visit this site for other info:

There is contact information to Thetford/Norcold in the USA on the last site.

Hope these sites help you.  Happy camping!

My cassette toilet directions say to put 4 ounces of blue stuff in the tank.  Don't add anything to the fresh water tank.  The red/green thing is supposed to tell you when you tank is full.  The more red the fuller the tank.  That said, my gage stopped working after the first year.  It is easy to see into the tank when the valve is open.  Push the air vent button on the tank as you dump it.  The button allows air to enter the tank and the contents empty, so that you don't get chugging and splashing as the waste pours out.:)
