Hi Everyone -

Well our "new baby" is home and we love it! As posted earlier, I won a contest. The prize was a small 18' TT but I was given the option of either taking the "prize trailer" or using the $ amount as a down payment on another unit the dealership had in stock.

We picked out the Frontier 2505 by K-Z. Not being one to enter contests, I admit to being a little skeptical right up to the time we drove off the lot with our new trailer. We figured out last night that by being able to use the "prize" trailer dollar amount toward our K-Z, we essentially had a little over 70% as a down payment. Not too bad!

The dealership was great. Friday nite they put us up at the local KOA in their cabins. On Saturday morning we went back over to do the "walk thru". Everyone was great and we were/are thrilled with our new trailer.

When the dealer found out we weren't planning on heading home until Sunday, they phoned the KOA and paid for a pull-thru site for us! The boys love the bunk room. I love all the storage in this unit both in/out. My husband, after driving home Sunday from NM to AZ, said he loved the way it towed.

All in all, our first night out was great! My one question though? Since this trailer does expand, are we still allowed to post in the Hybrid section???

Congrats again!  You can post anywhere you want here.  I thought you guys got a Hybrid,  didn't you?  You said it was "expandable"

Congrats on the new Trailer! :D
We have a 2005 Frontier 2405 and really enjoy it a lot.   Remember to buy a big, cheap beach towel (likely on sale this time or year at Walmart) to dry off the top and side of the bed slide before packing up.  Water can get inside the rig from the top/side rails of the bed slide when you stow it when wet.

Does it get wet in AZ?

Congratulations on winning the prize and upgrading to the trailer you wanted.  You can post anywhere you want to.:)
