Hey this could be a designer item in a kids or college room dorm.  Just put a T-shirt over a pillow (if you remember them) or a towel or 2.

One realllllllly cold night back when we were tent camping one of the things that we couldn't get comfortable with was our pillows. No matter what you did they stayed COLD.  Finally in the middle of the night I reached over and grabbed a polarfleece long sleeve t-shirt I had and slipped it over my pillow...WOW...I was amazed at the difference and dug out another for DH's pillow. This worked so well I went to the fabric store when we got home and made pillow cases for us (that now stay in the PU for cold nights) out of polar fleece....of course, now you can buy entire sheet sets made out of this stuff...but it works great!

Go for it!  It might help other people to make sure they remember!  I'll watch for it because I've got a great one.
