A & E Trimline Awning/Screen Room

I have been thinking about getting screen room for A&E trimline awning. When I checked with my local RV dealer, he said to forget it and that it was a pain in the (you know where) to put up/install.  Was curious if anyone out there that has the screen room with weather flaps and what your thoughts are on this subject. Thank you .....

When I camp at the shore (where it's reallllly buggy) and for at least 4 nights, I set up the screenroon with the privacy flaps. I have slept out in it when I bring lots of kids, so for that the flaps are nice. It is a pain to set-up though. I did put heavy duty snaps at all 4 corners, that helps a little when your setting up alone. For anything less, I set up an Eddie Baur free standing screenroom for over the picnic table. That is much easier because it has  bungie corded fiberglass poles
