Kind of an important post for those that might have this kind of heater.  Hope nobody was hurt by a malfunctioning unit.  Also hope that if you had one subject to recall that your propane detector was operating correctly.  Would think this could be a dangerous situation even if an ignition source was not present.  This is a good opportunity for all to check those detectors and make sure they're functioning properly.  They really do need to be replaced periodically.  Never know when you will be thankful for that.  Thanks for finding this and posting it.
