This is a dup I posted over in North Atlantic Campground Reviews but I don't think it's getting much exposure...hope it's OK to post it here...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has anything good, bad or indifferent to say about Adirondack Camping Village campgound in New York near Lake George?

This will be our 1st non-local trip with our new PU and I want to do things right like checkout where we're going!

We plan to reserve a 30 amp, fresh and gray water site.

We'll be there the week of July 4th.

Thanks!

Rico,

Don't know anything about it. But I took the liberty of searching for reviews online for you. Check this:

Reviews look pretty good.

Steven,

Thank you very much for the effort in finding this review for me.  This is exactly what I was looking for.

Hubby and I have not camped there - we have a vacation home nearby - but have gone in to check it out...  nice folks, clean and also seems to have lots to do. there is a Tops grocery in town and also a cople of good resturants if you do not feel like driving to the village.  To actually get to Lake George Village it will take you about 10 minutes.
It is a beautiful area - just bring something warm for the night time...  it can get kinda chilly even in the middle of summer

The right place is in the review section where you posted it the first time, but time time of year nobody goes there unless they get woken up.

I figured my reply there wouldn't be much help, but I didn't want you get zero replies.
