 Hi All!
Just returned from the Hamilton RV show today.  Can t decide between Coleman Cheyenne  and Santa Fe.
I have three dealers in the area to chose from Ruston RV, Master Canvas and Holiday World.
I am looking for any comments regarding the after sales service that these dealers provide.  Holiday World is the closest to us but will probably not me the dealer with the best price.
Any comments on service provided by these three dealers?

 bengelWell Hello!

I ve forwarded the message onto 3@acat, he purchased his Santa Fe from one of those guys, I forget if it was Master Canvas or Holiday World?

I m not a Coleman owner so can t comment on Coleman however, last September we had a small gathering of families go to Emily PP for the weekend.  There was myself, 3@acat, Car & Oz&Us.  Now, I may be wrong on the order and if I am forgive my but 3@acat had a 1999 Santa Fe, Oz&Us had a 2000 Santa Fe and Car had a 2001 Santa Fe!  My Jayco Eagle 10SG is pretty much the exact same floor plan as the Santa Fe!  That floor plan sure was popular that weekend!  Hi Fred & Irma,
We bought our Coleman from Holiday World, the price they showed in the campers on display was they price they wanted.
I called another dealer to the east ( Peterbprough ) they quoted me a lower price ( about $1,500.00 cheaper). I called Holiday World & they beat that price by several hundred. Their after sales service for me is great.
E-mail me if you would like more info on this. BTW Oz & Us who was on this board got a good deal on his Santa Fe after I told him my price.[;)]

 Hope this helps.
Try to get out to the free TV show in Feb.

 bengelHi 3&acat!
W called Holiday World and Master Canvas after going to the RV show at the Copps Coliseum in Hamilton and getting a price from Ruston RV on a Cheyenne and the Santa Fe and Holiday World came out with the best price yet. McPhails of Hariston has not provided  me with an answer because I called Jena last year and she felt we just want a price to compare with the dealers around here and wasn t going to buy from them anyway as they are several hours drive away. Boy what a way to do business.
Anyway I was on the other board and someone suggest the floor plans on both the Cheyenne and the Santa Fe do NOT allow one to get access to the refridgerator  and that the Sun Valley or the Mesa would be better choices for this reason. Just when we thought that we had narrowed the choices down!!!!
Do you find this busienss with the refridgerator a concern?
We may go over to the Holiday World dealers to look at the models again as they have all of them on display.
 BTW thanks for your comments.
