Opening Problem One side popped?

Hi I am very new here, and own a 98 Jayco pop up, when opening it yesterday for the first time this year, one side seemed to pop and now it will not lift on that one side all the way, I am a woman and need advise on what to do to fix problem the other ends work fine, is it a cable? How do I get in there to see? Anything would be great, I will be calling the RV sellers today thanks to any suggestions, vitalsalvage

Sounds like maybe you did break a cable, in at least one corner. Since I don't know squat about Jayco popups, I'll leave any further repair advice to a Jayco owner. But if you do contact a dealer today, let us know what they say.
