WDH isn't working out as planned

To close this thread out, Hitchfinder did the right thing and refunded our money and paid shipping for the item returned to them. It took a couple of days, but their answer was professional and polite and I'm satisfied. I hope they change their site so others aren't as confused as I was.

Looks like I'll be buying a mini-350 rather than the 400. At least with the optional drop shank it should work with the Jeep.
