Welcome to PUT!  Does your Utah have the cassette potty?  I like the sofa bed in it.  Have fun camping in your new trailer.:)

Yes it does have the cassette potty.  I did notice the usual leak in the front storage area... the salesman played it off but I found another Coleman on the lot with the same exact leak by the side storage door.  I related to the salesman that this must have been an issue with these trailers and after checking PUT I realized that this was true.  He then agreed to replace the seal on the door to eliminate the leak, but the wet floor was driving me nuts..... I then told the salesman that I was not going to continue with the deal....after checking with his mechanics he agreed to replace the flooring in the storage compartment for a hundred bucks......I figured it was a good deal due to the labor required to remove and replace the floor....You can be sure that I'll be hosing that area down before I remove it from the lot.....Other than that, it is in real great condition

Yeah I know....I negotiated the deal, and then had them knock off and extra $150.00 because I paid cash. I signed the paperwork then started thinking about more about the previous leak.  ( They claimed it was not leaking any more but would still replace the seal).  I ended up calling FleetwoodColeman Company and found it was an involved repair
(to replace the floor) and could be costly....after reading that others here at PUT had the same problem and no one had an easy solution to fix it..I figured it was worth the extra hundred just to get it fixed right...
