I found a guy/company on ebay that makes replacement cushions for pop ups. He quoted me a price of $500.00 (includes shipping) for 2 bunk cushions, 4 dinnette cushions and 2 gaucho cushions. Should I go for it and replace all the cushions or do you think I can find a better deal out there? Any thoughts or opinions?

That's 62.50 per cushion.  What quality fabric are they using?  Good upholstery fabric can run quite a bit of money.  8 cushions will use quite a few yards.  How will the quality of merchandise be?  Don't know how you might be able to figure that out.  Would they be willing to do fewer cushions on the side so that you can do the easier ones and they only do the harder ones?  Then again these don't seem to be that complex, you may be able to do them yourself.  Measure and price out the fabric.  I don't imagine the foam will be that costly.  That might begin to give you an idea of value, at least.

The fabric is a good quality.  He does do smaller amounts of cushions.  I priced the high density foam at 4" and it will cost me $350.00 to $400.00 without the fabric.  If I get nice upholstery fabric, that could cost well over $100.00 plus my time.  I would rather be camping than sewing (I can sew and do the job myself if I had too.)

By the prices you got for materials the ebay sounds good. How much for shipping? The cushions are pretty big.

Sorry the shipping is included in the $500.00 price.

The foam rubber can be the most expensive part of the job OR (worst case scenario) it could be the cheapest. The problem with getting something like this on eBay is that you can't touch it & see it until after it is paid for and received.

I buy a lot of stuff on eBay (over 500 now) and I wouldn't even consider doing what you are thinking about. If you get cheap foam rubber, you will regret it. Cheap foam is OK for the back cushions but that's it. The seat cushions and especially the bunk cushions should be made of the best quality, high density foam. The cheap stuff is horribly uncomfortable and it deteriorates quickly. As is falls apart inside, it encourages infestation. Trust me, you don't want that.

Another suggestion is to get a 3" thick, lower quality high density foam for the beds and have 2" thick memory foam bonded (glued) on top of it to make one very comfortable mattress. You won't regret it. Just be sure that you can handle 5" thickness when popped down. If not, adjust the ratios of foam to memory foam accordingly.
