Avatar Help!

Could any of you help me with as little computer jargen as possible to turn any of these into an avatar?

I'll take a shot. First take your fav pic and 'crop' it with your photo editing software. You want to make it a square showing only what is important for the avatar.

Next you will want to change the image dimensions to 100 pixels by 100 pixels so the site will let you download it and use it as your avatar.

Then save as a .jpg type file to your computer, and then log into pop up times and go to user controls and upload new avatar.

Sorry , my bad... It is 80 X 80 pixels max according to instructions, The 100 X100 was for profile pics. Change to 80 X 80 and make sure is less than 20000 bytes max
