I have a skinny, curving drive on the side of my garage, where I park my pop-up. For years, I have had my 2 sons help me back it into this space, by pushing it up the driveway into this spot. They are going away to college, so I need to find another alternative. I have purchased an electric winch that I will use to move it up the driveway. There are 2 eye loops welded on to the frame of my Coleman Mesa. Can I use these to attach a towstrap to the frame and winch it backwards up the driveway, Has anybody ever attempted this or have any experience towing their pop-up backwards? Any suggestions?

I have not attempted what you are asking about, but I know what you are talking about attaching to and I would think it would work just fine. What the welded on loops on the Fleetwood campers look like to me are places to attach hold-down straps when shipping the campers so I would think they would be solid enough for what you are wanting to do, unless your driveway is really steap it should work for you.

Don't know what your driving, but is it possible for a receiver hitch to be mounted on the front of the TV so that you can hitch the camper to the front and then push it up that curving drive ...?

Use to do that with the boat years ago.

How far can you get it up the driveway driving forward? If you could get the TV up in front of the garage doors, then unhook and put a trailer dolly under it... you could probably manage to move it around yourself.

Just an idea...
