Hey everybody,
Just got a 2002 Aero Voyager Saturday for a great deal. Of course I had to
try it out :)  The question I have is about the 2 piece door. It was not really
closing all that great and after looking at the top I think that I may have the
solution to the prob, but want everybodys opinion. The back part of the roof
isn't raising up high enough, and it's enough to keep me from fitting the safety support on the back. So we just stuck them both in the front and slept in the front bunk. The top could be pushed up from inside to make it fit but I wasn't really sure whether I should take that approach so I didn't. The dealer gave me a 30 day warranty on the camper when I got it so they are going to fix it but I guess what I'm looking for is piece of mind. I was afraid that maybe I was doing something wrong, but I did have the camper level, although not perfect but it was level. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Don't everybody knock eachother out to answer.

All PU lift systems have a way of adjusting each corner seperately and it's very common for one or more cables to stretch even on new units, much less ones with some time on them. The dealer should be able to get the correct height with a simple adjustment that should take no more than an hour from pulling in to leaving the dealership.

Great, I feel alot better about it now. I was reading through the owners manual and there was a diagram of the lift system  and according to that, All that's needed is a simple adustment of a pulley. It states turn it forward to raise the front of the roof, turn it back to raise the back of the roof. If it werent for the 30 day warranty I'd probably do it myself. But the dealer is only about 20 mins away from the campground I stay at so it's going to work out good for me.
