On Memorial weekend 2005, we were 2 hours from home and camped while there were tornados all around us  :yikes: We were told by the camp manager (state park) that the safest place to be was the showerhouse - it had been built to ride out storms (solid concrete block)  so we did, along with 200+ other stinky   people. Can you imagine that many people in ONE showerhouse?? :yikes:  Ugghh, but we made it!  I won't hardly pack up and go home for ANYTHING!
