If you click the banner here at PUT, for the "Best Converter", you will go to the site for the best converter.  I have looked at them and will get one when my converter goes bad.  They have a 3 stage battery charger built into the converter, which will make charging the battery easier to do and you don't have to worry about over charging the battery with it.:)

Thanks for the info. I missed that flashing blue and yellow ad on the top of the page. I must be color blind.

I replaced my converter with one from Best Converter last year and I am glad I did. The one they sell works great and is much better than the one that came with my camper. The price was right and they got the new one to me in just a few days after ordering.

I just replaced the converter on my 2002 Niagara.  Fleetwood uses a one plastic connector for all the DC wires.  It is unlikely that the a mail order converter will come with the connection as it appears to be a Fleetwood only connector.  I was unable to find the proper pins to reconnect the wires to the converter side of the plug so I bought a WFCO converter from Toppers Camping center up on US 290 that was made for Fleetwood trailers.  Yes it cost more but it was a plug and play installation.
