Can anyone tell me what the tent material is called for the 1986 Coleman Sequoia?  I have seen the same material used on later Coleman campers as well.  It is not "traditional" canvas, but is soft and looks like it has small holes all over or is textured?  We are noticing wear on the top outside layer of the bunk ends.  These are like holes that are wearing through- but don't appear to be animal holes.  It is almost like the fabric was scraped and is wearing thin.  We are the third owners of the camper (bought it last year).  I need to see if we can repair these areas as an alternative to replacing the entire tent.

We have the same material on our 1990 Coleman and even though it is ugly as all get-out, we used duct tape. It has held up to 3x a year usage for 2+ years. Just a thought.

The material is called Evolution.  If it is real bad you might be able to have just the rotted sections replaced.:)
