Any suggestions on a 120V hot water heater? How about an outside shower? It won

We had the our local dealer install a six gallon atwood gas/electric hot water heater and an outside shower last fall.  Our popup is a 1998 coleman NATCHES.  Last camping season I had the brainstorm to add a hot water modification befor the '06 season.  I had them remove the propane heating system (they even gave me a trade-in credit for that).
and replace it with the hot water system.  For the few times you need heat inside we just use a small plug in type heater fan.  The hot water also goes to the sink, they installed a new household type faucet with a high neck.  You can even get a large pot under there now.  this thing puts out plenty of hot water on the electric setting without using any propane, the last time we went out I didn't even light the pilot for hot water.  The way I see it I'd rather use their electricity than my propane.
The whole job cost a little over $1200.00 and it was worth every cent.
My wife thinks its the greatest thing since sliced bread, she doesn't know how we ever did without it. After a hard day of playing or a day at the beach we just use the outside shower to wash of our 2 year old.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

You might want to consider a Coleman Hot Water on Demand (CHWOD).  It is a portable hot water unit that has a rechargeable battery and uses the one pound propane tanks to heat the water.:)

Yeah, those are good items for what I need!

HERE is a link to someone who added an electric hot water heater for under $200.  That may or may not work for you and you may or may not have the skills necessary.  Just some food for thought.

good Luck with whatever you choose.

No skills?  Have you seen my pics?  Just kidding, I know what you mean.  I'v decided to use the generator/electric appliances to heat water as needed and use a battery operated shower for now.
