Quote from: waveryIf you can't trust this dealer to make simple repairs properly, I sure wouldn't let them come and tow the PU to the dealership. They don't sound like they are a real responsible group of people. I would bite the bullet and tow it myself. Then, I'd ask them for a tank of gas :D .
I'm glad someone else feels this way!  I had such a nightmare with our dealer when our camper was new, they wouldn't fix what was on the list, tell you what they did work on?, and make a mess of what they did do.  I got so miffed with them when they told us to come in for a major repair, held the camper for several weeks, didn't do the work, returned the camper to us, with something else goofed up, (but the original work undone) that I told them they needed to pick up and deliver the camper which after a true shouting match they agreed to do.  Then I remembered having one of their tow vehicles fly by me the morning before, going about 80-90 mph - swaying like mad, with this poor popup hanging on for dear life, that I told them that I would bring it.

Quote from: tlhdocIn PA Lemon Laws only apply to motor vehicles. A PU would not be covered under that law.
The dealership I worked for (in PA), was very happy that two things didn't apply to them by the state -

Lemon laws and a three day reversal of a contract to buy.  I remember probably about 3 attempts per month on one and/or the other.  The General Manager made sure we knew about every one of them...
