Hello again, this is a great place to learn.

Ok since I am new to the PU world.  Purchased a used PU.  The canvas in great shape but has some mold and mildew on outside and inside.  Before I close it up for the winter want to clean it.  What cleaner can I use that will remove it but won't damage the canvas?

Thanks

The PUT Store (link at top of screen under RV Accessories) has some Instagone that works great.  We had a bit of mold just starting along the seam of one of the bunks in our Hybred and that stuff really worked great.  Didn't discolor and it wasn't very hard to scrub.  Cleaned it up so nicely that you couldn't tell there had been any mold.  I cleaned it on a sunny day so it would dry.

GOOD LUCK

Joan

Is the tenting canvas or another material?  Depending on what the tenting is made of determines how you should clean it.:)
