We have a 1996 Starcraft Venture 2408.  The pop up is in great shape, but the tenting is shrinking.  It seems like everytime we go out it gets worse.  Now the windows are starting to tear.  Is there anyway to reverse this? whats causing it.

We bought the pop up 2 years ago and the tenting was fine.  What are we doing wrong that the other owner was doing right.

Thanks

See this is your first post so at least let me welcome you to Popup Times - even if I can't help you with your shrinking problem!

I have a '99 Starcraft Venture and so far to date have not experienced any such problem. Awhile back I contacted the Astrup Company (who is the distributor for Aqualon) about cleaning mildew from the fabric. Their main number is 1-800-786-7601, but I think they will then give you another number of their nearest office close to you. Anyway, may I suggest you give them a call and tell them what's happening and see what Kind of an answer you get.

The material (Aqualon) is manufactured in Graniteville, South Carolina, by Graniteville Fabrics of Avondale Mills. I don't know if they are set-up to handle customer questions but it might be worth a try. I rather think they would refer you to their "agent" instead, which is the Astrup Company.

Hope this helps some,
