Thanks for posting the information over here.  I am sorry to hear that Gary died.  He will be missed.

RIP, Gary, in that Happy Campground.

I remember when Gary emailed me when he first found out about his disease. He was so upbeat about it. That struck me, and I hope I can be that way, if I am ever in that situation.
