If you're looking for something camping-related to do during the long doldrums of winter, this Wikipedia article on Travel Trailers needs work:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Travel_trailer

About the only reference it makes to pop-ups is a link to this FAQ site (the official --and fairly old-- FAQ for the alt.rv.pop-up-trailers newsgroup):
http://www.ralphandellen.us/rv/PopupFAQ.html

I didn't notice anything at all about hybrids.

A related article at least acknowledges that pop-ups and hybrids exist:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recreational_vehicle

Another project idea is to add a separate pop-up article to Wikipedia.

In any case, make sure you know how things are supposed to be done before you charge in, or you may find your efforts simply undone.  Every article has a discussion forum, and you can get clues about what needs to be done, what's been done in the past, and who has put an effort in before.  It is also important to not make it too U.S.-centric.  Wikipedia is supposed to be international in scope, so including info about Australian, European, and other pop-ups and hybrids would be important.

Anybody can get a Wikipedia account and create or edit articles.  I would do so myself, but I'm a bit strapped for time.  If, in three months, nobody else takes up the challenge, I may look at it again.  The again, I may have my hads full with some thing else.  :eyecrazy:
