Want to stay at a State Park on the panhandle. Are thinking about going spring break, starting March 23 for a few nights. Our favorite pick would be St. Andrews SP but it is full. Any suggestions are welcome! Might consider a regular campground (not SP) if it is near or on the beach and reasonbly priced.

Thanks again! :W

Pretty much any park will be full because it's spring break time.  If you want a state park, try over in Destin;  Henderson, Topsail or even Grayton Beach.

Keep checking Reserveamerica though for St. Andrews, there are always cancellations.

So glad you posted! Since you are from Panama City, where would you recommend a good camping place, especially one that is not a state park (and is reasonably priced?) I can get plenty of info on the state parks, but am afraid they are all full. Thanks for any help you might give!!

Hi, I just went and looked at your pics from St. Andrews last October. They were great! We have 2 kids about the same age as yours: 20 Yr. old son, 15 yr. old daughter, and 7 year old son (named Garrett!)

Well, I love St. Andrews, but if I had to camp at a campground other than a state park here in PC beach, I would;  Emerald Coast RV resort - www.rvresort.com

It's not on the water like St. Andrews...but it is right in the heart of things.
