Walt McGI make the beef version at home quite often.  The only thing different is  I don t use the beef broth.  This is a recipe even the kids will enjoy.

Walt McGOne of my favorites is Beef Stroganoff.  The DW makes it by using ground beef.  First, she browns the beef, then adds Kitchen Magic (liqued) gravy mix)  and sour cream.  She boils some egg noodles, drains them, then mixes it all together.  It is one of the easiest and most delicious Stroganoffs ever.  I really love steak, but the best stroganoff is with ground beef (in my opinion).
