DW and I set up the new Jayco 1008 in the driveway for the first time today.  I ran into 2 issues.  First, the shower grey water and the sink grey water come out different places on the side of the Popup.  Is there a Y hose setup that might keep me from having to switch the grey water hose when we want to shower?  The 2nd (and really strange one) is that the sink drain will drain out the side of the PU until I hook up a hose to it.  Then it won't drain.  The hose is brand new and I hooked it up to the outside water faucet to make sure there was no obstruction.  Anyone ever have this happen?

Thanks!

Welcome;
  Are you useing a long hose? You will need to vent for a long hose to work. I thing the easy way would be 2 tanks and hose just long enough to reach the tank. I have been useing the blue aqutainers but have decided to keep a 300oz soap jug for the inside sink. If we are going to be there more than one nite we set up the outside kitchen and do dishes there. If we are just overnite the soap jug would do all.

For the first problem you can use a simple "Y" adapter and join the 2 hoses with the adapter.  My camper has the same set up.  the shower is on the front side and the sink is on the back side.

A vent on your grey water hose is needed to allow the water to drain.  The simplest way to do that is to use another hose "Y" adapter and attach it to the drain on the side of the camper.  Then attach a short piece of hose to it (about a foot) going up and then the grey water hose going down to your tank.

You can make more complicated drains and vents, but hose works just fine.:)

Thanks a million Tracy.  I will give it a try.
