My licence plate brackets are part of my left tail light assebly.  The brackets were broken off before I bought the popup. The person I bought the popup from just drilled holes in the back bumper to attach the plates but my state requires a licence plate to be illuminated at night.  Any ideas where I can get the bracket or other ideas to resolve this issue?

I'm also looking for a good place to buy parts for the popup.  Ordering them directly from the dealer seems to be a little expensive.  My dealership was going to charge me $195.00 for a replacement dinette table top.

There are a few different choices on ebay for your needs, type in trailer tailight and camper taillight, RV taillight etc - you will be able to find sets or singles, they will list if they have the clear bottom for license plate illumination.  I wouldn't recommend Dyers though.

here is an example

unless the parts are from a third party originally, the dealer is the only option unless you are willing to make it yourself.  The dinette top is just a piece of particle board with formica attached to it.  With basic woodworking tools, you can make one yourself for about $50 give or take.

I recently bought ( and returned, I didn't need it) a license plate bracket that attaches to the left rear light mount at the store where I work ( a midwest chain called Blains Farm & Fleet) for $1.99.

I didn't need it because we decided to put whole new replacement  lights on the camper, and they came with the bracket to attach to the left rear light.

I know there aren't any Farm & Fleets in the south - but any auto supply store, or store that sells trailer or farm equipment should have the brackets. Look for them in the section of the store that sells vehicle replacment lights, light covers, bulbs, wiring harness, etc.

As for the table top - I have seen some really nice ones made out of plywood - stained and finished, or you can take your old one and re-veneer it.  Just by the laminate st a home improvement store and re-laminate the table top.

Think  "out side the box", too - for example, pick up an old laminate table or  desk at a garage sale, cut it down to the shape your want for you camper table, and you can get laminate in rolls for the edges( in a variety of wood shades and colors) .  Another idea - Our store has pre-fab wood-look, laminate furniture - brands like Sauder and Sullivan, etc.  I know at least one of our vendors sells replacement and 'connector' pieces for this type of furniture.  I have been looking at some doors (with self- closing hinges) that are meant as accessories for one brand's bookcase.  If you add the doors, you have a cabinet / entertainment center  storage instead of simple shelves.  They also have a corner piece that is suspended between two bookcases to make a corner desk - These could be used as replacement doors and a new counter or table top in my camper easily!  and as they are currently on clearance at my store, a PAIR of doors with hardware is $2.44 and the desk top (which is the size of a standard card table with one corner removed) is about $10.

you can also often find laminate countertop at the home improvement stores fairly cheap.  It's a little thicker that what is normaly in a camper, and therfore a little heavier - but it won't bend or come apart as easily, either.

there's alot of things you can do, if you just use a little imagination and don't limit yourself to seeing things strictly from a 'camper dealer' replacement perspective.
