Anyone know year/make/model?

Can't tell from the little photo's, almost looks homemade or at least the canvas is.
First thought was that it is a Kozy-Kamp made in the 30's but any photos of those that i have seen had a hard roof.
Also it could be a General, they looked something similar, again made in the late 1930's.
