I know they are going fast since the 08's are almost here.  But, does anyone know where to get a good deal on a leftover 07 Fleetwood Evolution E3?  Im located in Rancho Cucamonga and have been to Carl's Acres of Rv's; they have one and American Campers in Baldwin Park has at least one.  I would like to broaden my options when my wife and I are ready to purhcase.

Also, does anyone know what a good deal on an 07 E3 w/MSRP of $15,800 would be?  I'm new to RV'ing so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

A great deal would be 40% off, or $9480.  A more realistic deal, (unless they happen to be very anxious to move their inventory because the 08's are already sitting in the back), would be $12,500 "out the door", (which includes all your registration fees, dealer fees, taxes, an awning, and a full propane tank).

I recieved 40% off of my 2004 PU, (purchased in JUNE 2004), exactly because a few new 2005 models had already been recieved.  The Stanton location, (my dealer), of American will deal the best if they have what you are looking for,  (they have very limited storage space), but they are farther from you.  Also compare prices with MarjonRV near Riverside.

You live in a wonderful area to purchase a PopUp!  All the dealers mentioned will readily beat the other's price to "make the sale", and establish you as a permanent customer!

Thanks or the advice.  My goal is to shoot for 25% off MSRP and have the dealer throw in a WDH, Prodigy Brake controller, and a battery for the trailer.  I most likely will be going to the dealers this weekend to talk numbers.

Just curious since I have never purchased an RV before.  When purchasing a car in CA., by rule of thumb after a sale price is negotiated you can add 10% to get the OTD price which includes tax, license, registration and doc fees.  Does this hold true to RV's?

Thanks!

Try American Sales in Stanton, they sell Fleetwood PUP's there.  It's worth a try.  If they don't have one then they can also try their other location.

I am truly bummed.  I was going to suggest All Tent sales and rentals in Ventura where we purchased our Coleman (we saved $2,000 over the Stanton dealer.)  When I went to the site, it said the owner had retired and closed the business.:(

I can tell you, that since this dealer is right in my back yard (so to speak) that someone took over the Fleetwood dealership since they are still there. I had no idea that they changed there name. If you are willing to drive out this far, I can go by and get the info for you if you what to call them.

Thats extremely nice of you but I think Ventura would be alittle far from me.  If you have a website for the dealer I would like to take a look though.

So far I have been checking out 3 dealers, Carl's in Ontario, American Trailer in Baldwin Park/Stanton, and Marjon RV in Moreno Valley.  Carl's is definitely closer to me.  I haven't really discussed price but Marjon is offering a no hassle deal of $11,999 + tax for the E3.  I think I could do better though.

Thanks for the advice!

I know the dealer isn't close to you but you only need to buy it there.  We had all of our service done at the Stanton dealer.  I think the Ventura dealer offers better prices because they sit on a Chrysler car lot.  The Chrysler dealer also handles their financing.  Their rent is probably a lot cheaper than in Orange County.  Just my .02 cents worth.

We bought our 2002 Coleman Sun Valley new from Carl's Acres of Trailers (love that name!) and never had anything less than the best of service from them.  They are not close to where we live, but if i were buying a PU again, I'd buy it from them in a heartbeat. Mark in the service dept always took great care of us and our camper. we even called him on our first trip out when we couldn't get the sink to drain and he walked us through it and had our sink working in 2 minutes.

We purchased both of our PUT's from Carl's and like Griffsmom, Mark in Service is great.   They do good service work in a very timely manner.  I have been surprised in the past how soon the trailer was ready.

Congratulations on your new trailer.  I wish you many years of family enjoyment.

Congratulations, and I ditto Carl's Acres of Trailers as the place to buy a pop up. Mark in service is the best!!!
