There's no viable "Easy fix".

I would recommend removing the AC unit and replacing the failed gasket between the unit and the roof. One important part about removing the AC is to check the surface and roof for damage. If it has been leaking, you can be pretty sure that there may be damage that needs to be attended to before it turns into something nasty.

What AC unit do you have?

On most units, it's just a matter of removing the inside part by removing a few screws and a plug connector or 2. That leaves the top unit free to lift off. You can make your own gasket with (thick) 2" wide weatherstripping from any home improvement store. Glue the mating ends with silicone sealer.

My brother and I did his last year. We stickied one w/strip seal on the AC unit itself and stickied another one to the roof of his camper. The two w/strips made a perfect dry-seal when mated so that the unit can be removed again in the future. I wouldn't recommend double sided sticky w/strip. That would make it very difficult to remove the AC in the future.
