pop down difficult?

my jayco is getting difficult to pop down.

used to go all the way /w the crank but increasingly i have to push it down the last foot or so..

is this probably just lubing the sliders??

That would probably be a good place to start!  I do mine at least once a season, sometimes twice if the camper is getting used quite often.
