need help awning pole tip broken

we recently broke an awning pole tip on our PU anyone have an idea how to repair or where to get another tip ?

used a coarse thread dry wall screw, cut the head off used the remainder as a splice for both ends at the break, added some crazy glue for reassurance and problem is solved.

More than likely you can obtain these at any popup camper repair place or Camper World Stores - they come in bags of 2 or 4 replacements. We had to buy the "C" shaped end of the pole that holds the canvass up over the beds and they were about $5 or $6 apiece and I picked up a couple of the tips you are talking about for when they break - then we are ahead of the game. Now watch - the tips will never break!
You should be able to get just about ALL PARTS at a Fleetwood dealer that sells the popups.
