We went on a little weekend excursion with the quads to El Mirage Dry Lake. It was a little warm during the day, especially with all the riding gear on, but an hour or two in the camper with the air on took care of it. The nights were cool so it made up for it. Friday afternoon we met a guy named Hector that was there with his 3 kids, we moved the trailer over to where he was (His TH is 32' long so ours was easier to move) and had a fire and drank a few beers. It's all dry camping but the riding is great. There are trails, hills, tracks, or you can go full throttle for 4 miles from one end of the lakebed to the other (My favorite). The lakebed is like riding on a sheet of glass, smoother than any road in California I expect. The sunset over the lakebed was spectacular, as was the full moon at night. I uploaded a few pics here. http://community.webshots.com/album/560075102RHGhGA?vhost=community
