Of course those of you in or around more populated areas have an advantage- Competition! When we were looking to replace  our totaled pop-up last summer, I was VERY interested in a Niagara. The best price we could find was $16+K, way too much for any pop-up in my opinion.
We ended up going with a Starcraft w/slideout dinette, kind of wish we'd gone with a a hybrid though.

We got ours at Marjon in Moreno Valley. Great dealership. Goes off of invoice and adds for whatever you need like hitch or anything xtra.

Great bunch of people over there.
We passed two dealerships to get to them!!

And the avalon is great! I figured out why we went with the avalon Popup. I t fits in the drive way! And there is 6 of us!

I have been looking for a Avalon for months now. I am in Utah, want to sell our 2005 niagara and get the Avalon. Where did you find your Avalon?

I've seen an Avalon at Pacific Sales in Stanton, CA but that's a long way from UTAH.  Check with your local dealer and see if they have one or can get one for you.  You never know, you might get an 07 for a good price now.

We also had an 05 Niagara and LOVED it but sold it for a Hybrid.  When we went to our local RV show, I saw it and fell in love with the dinette.  The reason why we sold our Niagara was because the dinette wasn't big enough for 5 and the Avalon could accomodate us.  Instead, we purchased our hybrid for about the same price as the Avalon and we don't have to pop up/down.

Good luck in your search

Thank you
It seems Salt Lake is a huge Rv community, they cannot keep them in stock, but I might wait until this fall. I am not positive I want to switch, but I love the dining area in the Avalon
Thanks

Just want to thank everyone for their replies to this thread. The DW and I are in the process of making the transition from a tent.  I have to admit that while I did know the basics of what to look for as far a floorplans, extras, etc. Dealing with list  and "sale" pricing from dealers is new to me in this area and after visiting a few different places, I've been left with my head spinning.

Peco is a great place to buy.  I bought a 2000 timberlake over a year ago.  Has a toilet, shower, ac, furnace, hot water heater, 2 king beds and is in great shape.  I got it for $5,000.00.  The sales staff is great and very easy to deal with.  I highly recommend them......Just thought I would throw in my 2 cents.

I agree. They have great prices.  Price for Niagara without A/C was about $12900.  I am still debating between Niagara and Jayco Select.   Anybody have opinion?
