Trunk door on Coleman Yukon-broken hinge

The small aluminum hinge on the side trunk door of our Coleman Yukon is breaking.  I've considered replacing just the hinge but it's integrated into the door in such a way that to replace it would probably involve drilling through the exterior of the door and I'm concerned about leaks and improper fit.  The door looks pretty generic, about 12 1/2" square.  Is there a source for a new door/frame combination beside a Fleetwood ($$$) dealer?  Any other suggestions on a fix for this?

I'm not familiar with your door, but it would seem like you could either have that hinge TIG welded, or if that's not feasible, replace it.  There are plenty of sealants and epoxies that you should be able to come up with a leak proof and clean/OE installation on the cheap.  For example, stainless fasteners with rubber clad washers on the exterior.....or aluminum pop rivets set into silicone prior to tensioning, etc.
