I know its huge, fleetwood makes a 17ft which has two axles but like you said its huge. :D

It looks as big as mine, the "kitchen" is set up slightly different, and mine has a hardwalled bathroom, but for all intents and purposes it's the same thing.  It has a couple of options mine doesn't, but obviously mine will have options this one doesn't.

I like the placement of the stove on this one better than mine, but other than that, I see very few differences.

I got the Brochure for it, its not a light camper the GVWR 5000 AND the UVW 3332, the hitch weight 396 lbs the CCC is 1419 lbs. when the camper is closed the lenght is 20'11 x 7'2 when its open 28'5 this is some of the measurements and weights. :yikes:

Funrover

WOW  That is way too much for me, at that point why not just get a 4 season hard side?

Ooooooh, I feel a case of 'Camper Envy' coming on........

That is, until I see the price tag! LOL!

yeah, Starcraft makes a Very Nice Home-on-Wheels.  While I can't afford a new one, I have to say that if I could, I would probably go with a Starcraft.

I have had two 70's 'vintage' Starcrafts, and I have to say that despite their age, they hold up well.  My first one was small, but well loved, well used and well maintained for over 25 yrs. I had it about 5 and sold it - we outgrew it. The second one I have was abused and neglected for a decade or two, of it's last 35 yrs - but is still in good shape for the abuse it's taken.

The designs and materials are well-thought out, comfortable and practical.  The stuff I have had to replace or repair has been fairly straighforward and logical - well within the means of a typical DIY'er.  Starcraft service is usually very helpful, and parts, even for the vintage campers, are either still  available or often, just standard 'hardware store' or generic camper parts.

they are a quality company making a quality product and have alot of experience to back them up. IMHO, you can't go wrong with a Starcraft.  Hope yours gives you many happy years!
