Ok so I have been looking around and talking with people and I have yet to hear this model is the second to top of the line or one of the lower models all I hear is you know this one is the top of the line.  Does anyone know the model lineup and which is really top of the line and then second, third and so forth.

I'm pretty sure that this is the top of the Fleetwood line:

However........if you are talking "Folding trailers", I think that the Avalon may be the top of the Fleetwood line:

Depends on what criteria you use to determine "top of the line".
Basically Fleetwood has 4 series:
The highlander which are high wall non fold over galley series.
The Evolution  which are you basic "off road/heavy duty/toy hauler series.
The Americana which is the low box higher end series
and Finally the Destiny series which is the economy series from Fleetwood.

For your basic camper the Highlander series will have more amenities, but at a cost in towing and weight.
The Americana series offers a lot of amenities, but with a lower profile and things like a smaller fridge.
The Evolution series is the "macho" series, giving toy hauler ability and limited off road capability in different models.
And The lowly Destiny series offers a good basic camper at a reduced price with some lower level amenities.
Look at the specification/option lists for each series to determine what series gets what.
