Hi, is there a kelly bluebook site for pop ups? I am wondering what my 1998 coleman cheyenne by fleetwood is worth. (stock no upgrades, good shape) We paid $4,000 three years ago.
Someone has offered me a 1999 honda recon 250cc atv, but i feel i am getting ripped. thinkin about telling him to throw in a grand and he can have it.
Not using the pop up enough and will be moving from vegas to texas, so would like get rid of the trailer, but want a quad. thanks to all for your input

//www.nada.com, although that may give you a low value.  Watch Craigslist prices.

Gosh I never considered selling mine, so I don't have any good advise for you. You could start by looking in the paper or by checking out the prices of other used pups at dealers for a ballpark figure.

We used NADA as a guidelines about value of our trailer but also found comparable PUP's and averaged it out.  We found that NADA was about $1,000 higher than comparables.

That's interesting that you found NADA to be high.  Here in Missouri, I found that it was generally low.  When I was looking for our last pup (which has since been sold) I found that craigslist/classified prices were quite a bit higher than NADA.  When I offerred NADA, I would miss out to people that were willing to pay whatever inflated price sellers were asking.  One in particular was a mid nineties model, good condition (not especially great--it was pretty beat up).  The seller was asking $3k, NADA was around $1800--$2k.  He got his $3k, it was only on the market a few days.  Saw other similar cases.

When I sold mine a few weeks ago, I used NADA as a guideline, but still priced it a few hundred dollars higher so that there was some wiggle room.  Ended up selling it to the first person for more than the NADA value.

May just be the market.  Apperantly we've got way more buyers of used pups than sellers.

We just recently bought a PUP and we payed almost $1,000 more than what the NADA said it was worth. The trailer was actually a great price for our area.
