Wow nice Viking customer service

My wife and I purchased a new to us 1996 viking camper. The sticker with all the info (weights ect) was to faded to be readable. We sent viking an e-mail and they mailed us the info we needed no charge(they sent an e-mail response same day). They also sent us the brocure for our camper. Well I am very impressed with their response. Our camper is 12 years old. We are the 3rd owner. Most companys would not have responded or charged fo info. If we buy a new camper one day, they will be 1st on our list to look at.

I've also had good experience with Viking's customer service dept.  When you call them, you get a real, live person, one who works in the Viking front office, not in a cubicle overseas.  And they return your phone calls promptly.

We to have had good luck with Viking. Our dealer did not haver the DVD on how to set up the pop up. I called their main number I got a live person and had the DVD in about a week.

I've had the same experience with Starcraft.  They treat me and 21 year old $250.00 Thrift-Store camper like I just purchased and '08 model.  What a refreshing, and almost shocking change of pace.  

My hat's off to any American company that "get's it," and obviously these two do! :U
