New to me

Hello i am in the process of buying a 1994 dutchmen 1001xs...(cheap) it needs the cable replaced which i am going to do on my own. Question is the owner has moved the winch to under the back bumper , outside of trailer. I know it is supposed to be inside back rear compartment. does any one know how this is mounted or have a pix of it? I see a pulley in the corner but not sure how it supposed to be routed.
